How It Works

Photo Guidelines (Important)
To ensure the best possible portrait, please follow these guidelines when uploading your photo:
• One pet per portrait
• Clear, well-lit photo (natural light is best)
• Pet facing forward or slightly angled
• Eyes visible and in focus
• Minimal shadows or filters
• No collars, leashes, or busy backgrounds preferred
If your photo doesn’t meet these requirements, our team may reach out to request a new image before production begins.
