Can I return my item?
You can start a return here.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Purchasers that opted in for checkout+ will have free returns. Purchaser that opted out are responsible for all return shipping fees for goods being returned or exchanged.
To qualify for a return, returned item must be in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags attached. Items showing sing of wear, washing, stains, or marks may not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If a returned item is deemed unsuitable for a return, Mazie Days reserves the right to refuse the return.
Please note that all custom items are FINAL SALE.

Items purchased past the 30-day return policy.
Items that have been worn or damaged.

Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
Items purchased using a 20% discount code or above.
Sales and clearance items, including sample sale items. Original shipping and handling fees.
Orders placed online cannot be returned to our retail locations.
Orders placed at retail locations cannot be returned online. International orders.

Why is the hands-free leash feature no longer available on Mazie Days bags?
Previously, two of our Mazie Days bag styles — The Mazie and The Charlie — included a hands-free leash attachment feature via a metal O-ring on the strap.
While most were used without issue, we received a small number of reports related to wear and durability at the strap connection point.
Out of an abundance of caution, we’ve retired this feature and now recommend using a standard handheld leash for dog walks going forward.
Your bag is still totally safe for everyday use — carrying essentials, treats, water, and more.
