Photo Guidelines - To ensure the best possible portrait, please follow these guidelines when uploading your photo:
• One pet per portrait
• Clear, well-lit photo
• Pet facing forward or profile view preferred

If your bag shows up damaged, isn’t what you ordered, or gives out when it shouldn’t, email help@maziedays.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right with a refund, replacement, or exchange, no hoops.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $125. Orders are processed within 2 business days and delivered between 3-8 business days depending on location (with standard shipping).  Please allow for additional time during peak periods. For faster delivery, select Expedited Shipping at Checkout.

Please note, custom pet portrait orders ship within 2 weeks, with standard shipping on us. 

Returns + Exchanges

Changed your mind? No problem! You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange unused items with tags on and original packaging. Refunds go back to your original payment method, minus original shipping and return shipping costs.

Custom pet portrait items are final sale since they're made just for you, but if yours shows up damaged or not what you ordered, we're here to make it right.
