We offer free shipping on orders over $125. Orders are processed within 2 business days and delivered between 3-7 business days depending on location (with standard shipping). Please allow for additional time during peak periods.For faster delivery, select Expedited Shipping at Checkout.
Please note, custom pet portrait orders ship within 2 weeks, with standard shipping on us.
Returns + Exchanges
Changed your mind? No problem! You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange unused items with tags on and original packaging. Refunds go back to your original payment method, minus original shipping and return shipping costs.
Custom pet portrait items are final sale since they're made just for you, but if yours shows up damaged or not what you ordered, we're here to make it right.

Care Instructions
Your bag is crafted from 100% vegan leather. A little care keeps it looking its best, walk after walk.
- Cleaning: Wipe the outside with a soft, damp cloth. For marks, use a drop of mild soap and water, then wipe with a clean damp cloth.
- Drying: Pat dry and let it air dry naturally. Keep it away from direct heat such as radiators or hair dryers.
- Avoid: Bleach, alcohol, solvents and harsh cleaners. Do not machine wash or soak your bag.
- Storage: Empty the pockets and store it in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to help keep its shape and colour.
